“Satnam, my name is Jill and I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for two years. I fell in love with this practice because I found the technology of Mantra, Pranayama, Kriya and Sound Vibration, connected me to my own divinity in a way I hadn't experienced before. It is such a pleasure to teach and share these techniques so that others also have the tools to change their physiology and their state of being. We may not be able to control what goes on around us, but we can develop the skills to graciously deal with what life throws at us.
I have always had a passion for music and singing and so I have developed a special interest in Sound Vibration and Mantra as a tool to experience and realise the infinite. I can honestly say that I have found Mantra to be the most transformative technique we have, and all that is required is an open mind and a willingness to use your voice. As well as teaching regular classes, I run workshops, Sound Baths and Kirtan events.” JG
